We’ve been bringing a lot of cats and kittens in from the cold already this winter, and our foster homes are constantly full. In order to continue our work saving these sweet animals, we need more cat lovers to sign up as fosters.
Did you know all you need to be a foster home is a spare room (like a bathroom) to keep the kitty in? ARMV provides all medical care for our foster cats, you are only responsible for food, litter, and LOVE!
If you or someone you know would be willing to provide a loving home for a homeless cat or kittens while they wait to be adopted, please contact us! Message us on Facebook with any questions, or fill out this FOSTER APPLICATION form and email it to email@example.com.
Brothers Riley and Rebel were adopted by a loving family this month, and we just received this update from their new Mom:
“They are both doing great! They are very loved here ❤️ I have attached a picture for you. We named then Max (Grey) and Milo. They love playing with each other and Max loves attacking my feet lol! We are very grateful to have them.”
We couldn’t be happier for all of you!
Thinking of adopting a cat or kittens? Take home your forever friend on Sunday, September 11 from Petco in Salem, NH or Plaistow, NH and your kitty will be paying their good fortune forward to another feline in need! As a Petco adoption partner, Animal Rescue Merrimack Valley is eligible to receive a $35 grant for every adoption that takes place during this National Adoption Event Weekend, generously sponsored by the Petco Foundation. Thats enough to give several stray and street-born kitties a fighting chance at a happy, healthy life. It also helps us in our mission to keep our feral cat population down through ongoing Trap-Neuter-Release (TNR) efforts, which not only helps the cats, but also the people and pets in the communities where they reside.
Stop by one of our weekly adoption events for more information, and to meet some of the wonderful adoptable cats and kittens we currently have available! We hope to see you on Sunday, September 11!
Adele is a young mom who recently gave birth to a litter of beautiful black and white kittens. Her daughter was adopted today, but she and her sons Alvin and Alex are looking for their forever homes! Adele has striking green eyes and is on the small side for an adult cat. The boys get along great and love to cuddle each other. They would probably love to go home together. All three are sweet and playful.
Adele, Alvin and Alex are all spayed/neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and are microchipped. Adele’s adoption fee is $125. Alvin and Alex are $175 each or $325 for both.
Considering adoption? Download an adoption application HERE and mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to get pre-approved, or bring it to an adoption event. Let us know who you are interested in meeting and we can coordinate so that he or she is at an upcoming adoption event to meet you!
It’s that time of year again and we are in need of a few foster homes for some expecting mom cats. These moms are feral and currently living outside. All of our foster homes are already full and we do not want to see these babies born outside.
We are looking for experienced foster homes that can give a feral mom cat a quiet place to raise her kittens until it is time for them to be weaned. Once babies are weaned and placed up for adoption, mom will be spayed, vaccinated and released.
Please let us know if you can help! Click HERE to download a Foster Application, and email it to email@example.com or bring it by one of our Adoption Events.
