ARMV is awash in adoptable age kittens. Little Sidekick here went home last weekend but we have plenty of others. Many between 9 and 16 weeks, fixed, vaccinated, tested and microchipped. All waiting forever homes, some are in foster care some are in our sanctuary, but all are dying [...]
Thanks to Harvey Sign Company in Methuen and a local laser cutting artisan, we now have a nice aluminium sign for our Cat Sanctaury in Danville. Thank you folks! Thank you to Sheriff Frank G. Cousins and the folks at the Lawrence Correctional Alternative Center for building us our newest batch of Shelters. These shelters are designed to give cats living outdoors a warm place to escape the weather and predators. These are placed in inconspicuous locations throughout the area [...]
At least this one is. Tigger here came from a house that had rescued too many cats. He is very loving and playful and wants nothing more out of life than to have his head scratched…and a good stretch of the legs.

Honey cat is a large older calico who is just a lovely lap kitty. She was found living outside and probably had been for a while. Now all she wants is her own bowl of food and a window to call her own.

They were extremely feral and mistrusting, it has taken many months of socialization, but now they are very sweet and trusting. though still a little nervous outside their foster home.

thanks to the new on site cages at Petco in Plaistow, lovely ladies like Bethany get to be seen by many more potential adopters. Bethany went home with a lovely couple this weekend!
