Subject: New Cat – Hal

Dear ARMV:

I am writing to tell you how thrilled I was when my son, Dave, came home the other night with my new kitty, Hal. Per your suggestion to Dave, we started off Hal in a small area of the home and have since opened the rest of the house to him. He is adorable!! He spent the majority of the first night purring and kneading anyone who came by to pet him. He has taken to his new home so nicely. Right away he became used to where his litter box and food are and has taken to our family wonderfully. While he is still getting used to exploring his new surroundings he hasn’t seemed very nervous at all and is fitting right in. I’m so happy that he is doing so well in his new home and that we have the opportunity to give him a good place to stay.

Again, I am grateful to you for the opportunity to care for this wonderful cat, and to my son for bringing him home.
