Boo Boo: When this terrified, skinny and dirty cat was caught in Lafayette Square in Haverhill, he needed dozens of stitches in his head. He is now completely healed physically and mentally and is ready for adoption.
Affectionately known as “Dumpster Dog” this sweetie was found starving at 35 lbs in a dumpster in Haverhill. A healthy boxer should weigh twice that much! He’s on the road to recovery and as soon as his weight is stable he’ll be available adoption.
Ice was pulled off a Lawrence snow bank barely conscious. He was so emaciated and dehydrated, his eyes were shrunken into their sockets. We thought he may be blind if he lived. It took him almost a month before he could walk and jump but he is completely well and a very happy and playful cat!
Wallerina - After trapping and neutering 11 cats in Haverhill including this little one’s Mom, this little one ran by the trapper screaming her hungry little head off! It took a few moments to trap the hungry little 4 week old and after a day or two of hissing and spitting she has become the happiest, playful and affectionate kitten EVER! Adopted!
Squeaky – yet another kitten abandoned in Haverhill. A kind person found her in her hallway and held on to her and gave her a bath until we could get her into foster. She is a spitfire – running, jumping and flying around the room. She was adopted quickly and is happy in her new home. Adopted!
